Jake Ellenberger Awaits News Opponent as Josh Koscheck Backed Out From UFC 151

Welterweight contender Josh Koscheck has been removed from the upcoming UFC 151 event after he was reportedly suffering from a bulging disc in his back.

His opponent Jake Ellenberger now has to wait for the organizer who his new opponent is going to be.

UFC 151 will feature the light heavyweight title fight between current UFC champ Jon “Bones “ Jones and Dan Henderson. It will take place this coming September 1, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Koscheck recently suffered from a decision loss to Johny Hendricks at UFC on FOX 3 ending his two fight winning streak.

As of today, UFC officials has yet to make an announcement who will be the new opponent of Ellenberger or whether the fight will totally be remove from the event.
