Johnny Eduardo and Jeremy Stephens were both suspended indefinitely due to a possible eye injury while Jorge Lopez, Dustin Poirier and Jeff Houghland were medically suspended for 60 days.

Completing the lists of the medically suspended fighters are Kamal Shalorus, Jason McDonald, Igor Pokrajac and Fabio Maldonado, all were suspended for 30 days.

UFC on Fuel TV 3 was held last May 15, 2012 at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia. The event was headlined by Chan Sung Jung and Dustin Poirier, where the former won the match by submission in the fourth round.

Falcao who despite meted with a point deduction in the first round due to an illegal knee to the head breezed most of the round of their middle weight match.

Dominick Cruz was suppose to fight Faber, but was pulled out from the fight card after he suffered from an ACL injury.

Initially, Barao was to fight Ivan Menjivar, but the matchup was shelved after Cruz was sidelined. Menjivar’s fate is yet to be known.

Last Thursday, it was reported that Koscheck was offered to face Penn, who has not been inside the cage since October, and despite the pronouncement made by UFC president Dana White, that Penn is going to fight again, now may not be the appropriate time yet.

Penn said, “I know it costs a lot of money to live that lavish lifestyle, big house, fast cars & you need big fights, but sorry I’m not coming back anytime soon!”

On short notice, Johnson will face Stefan Gruve, and according to reports, Johnson is now prepping up for the UFC 146 fight on May 26, 2012 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Johnson recently defeated Pat Barry at UFC on FOX 3, and earlier knocked Joey Beltran out in his first UFC appearance at UFC on FOX 2, making him another heavyweight fighter to watch out for.

The “Super Samoan” was recently eyed to replace Alistair Overeem after the latter failed a drug test, but UFC president Dana White decided that Junior Dos Santos will face Frank Mir instead.

Hunt was suppose to fight Stefan Gruve in a heavyweight match which will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 26, 2012. But due to an injury, Lavar Johnson will take his place.

Hunt declined to give any comments regarding his injury, but UFC officials have already made the announcement official.

 Due to this disease, White for the first time in over a decade missed a promotion’s fight. In his twitter account White said, “First fight I will miss in 11 years and it is killing me,” White said. “I have to have surgery in L.A. tomorrow or trust me I would be [there].”

White also mentioned that he have been suffering from the symptoms for the past several months. And in UFC 141, he ended the press conference early because he was feeling dizzy and almost passed out.

Natal confirmed the matchup on his twitter account today.

Natal debut in the UFC with a loss to Rich Attonito and draws his second match against Jesse Bongfeld. He however tasted his first UFC victory when he faced Paul Bradley which was followed with another decision win this time over Michael Kuiper.

His opponent, a former Bellator and Legacy FC fighter who jump start his MMA career with a 7-0 run in just a little over 16 months. Craig joined the UFC after defeating Eric Schambari at Legacy FC 8. He replaced an injured Jared Hamman, and went to defeat Kyle Noke at UFC on FX 2.

The first time was an absolute tragedy. Diaz who flew to Long Beach, got mad after hearing a problem regarding to the weigh-ins, and went out without a word. His action though, have angered a lot of BJJ aficionados and people who paid to watch the fight on online pay-per-view.

His trainer however stated that Diaz made a lot mistakes in opting to leave the match unannounced, and in his opinion, Nalty Junior, the show’s official is to be blamed.

Cowboy defeated Stephens with a unanimous decision in their UFC on FUEL TV 3 match and has only one location in mind for his next UFC fight – Denver.

Cerrone who before this fight lost to Nate Diaz by a decision is right on track and hopes to fight at the UFC 150 event this coming August.

One name appeals to Cowboy and that is Antony Pettis.

“That’d be a good match-up,” Cowboy said.

He added, “Stylistically it’ll work out perfect for me. He’ll stand and want to fight and try and take me down. I’ll beat him up, and then we’ll keep fighting. That’d be good fight, especially for Denver.”

UFC officials are not available to comment on this and the fight card is far from being finished.
