<p style="text-align: justify">Johnny Eduardo and Jeremy Stephens were both suspended indefinitely due to a possible eye injury while Jorge Lopez, Dustin Poirier and Jeff Houghland were medically suspended for 60 days.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Completing the lists of the medically suspended fighters are Kamal Shalorus, Jason McDonald, Igor Pokrajac and Fabio Maldonado, all were suspended for 30 days.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">UFC on Fuel TV 3 was held last May 15, 2012 at the Patriot Center in Fairfax, Virginia. The event was headlined by Chan Sung Jung and Dustin Poirier, where the former won the match by submission in the fourth round.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">Falcao who despite meted with a point deduction in the first round due to an illegal knee to the head breezed most of the round of their middle weight match.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Spang stunned Falcao in the early going with his trade mark left hook, but his effort was not enough as it was Falcao all the way.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The win gave Falcao the middle weight crown.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Through an interpreter, the elated Falcao said, <em>&#8220;I&#8217;ve got the best team in the world.”</em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify">He added, <em>&#8220;My coach is the best grappling coach in the world. There&#8217;s no way I won&#8217;t improve my grappling game. I want to dedicate this fight to all the Bellator staff that believed in me and supported me, especially to Bjorn (Rebney), my boss.&#8221;</em></p>
