Processing Time

All of our orders received before 4 PM EST. are shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday). Unless specifically noted on the product page (such as “ships directly from manufacturer”). If for any unforeseen reason an item becomes temporarily unavailable for immediate shipping, you will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. Also, if we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping information, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, there may be a delay in shipping your order.

U.S. Shipping 48 States

All other domestic delivery types should arrive before the end of the corresponding business day offered by the shipping method. For example, a 2nd Day Air order placed on Monday before 4:00 PM EST will arrive on Wednesday. If ordered after 4:00 PM EST it will arrive on Thursday. Please note that we do not offer UPS Saturday delivery, therefore, if you order before 4:00PM EST on Friday with Next Day Air shipping, your order will arrive on Monday.

*Certain items such as heavy bags may ship at a fixed rate.

USPS Priority Mail (Outside U.S. 48 States)

Orders shipped to military addresses and AK, HI, PR, GU & VI are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time for AK, HI, PR, GU & VI is 3-5 business days.

Please Note: There is no estimated delivery time for military mail due to military mail procedures.

USPS International Shipping

Orders outside of the United States can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days) or USPS Express Mail International (estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days). Delivery time depends on customs processing. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country.

UPS Expedited to Canada

Orders to Canada can also be shipped door-to-door with tracking and pre-include discounted, pre-paid brokerage and GST charges for your convenience (except in YT & NT Provinces). This is through a special agreement we have with UPS and you will not have to pay any fees upon delivery as they are already pre-paid at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, subject to customs processing.

UPS Expedited to Australia

Orders to Australia can also be shipped door-to-door with tracking. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees and duties charged. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, subject to customs processing.

P.O. Boxes

Please Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes for U.S. addresses.
